How To Programme The Varilight V-Pro & V-Pro IR LED Dimmers!

Varilight are market leaders in dimming LED light bulbs and have 2 main ranges of LED dimmer switches. The V-Pro & V-Pro IR ranges are rotary and remote touch dimmers which can be programmed to best control your lights! Find out more about the range and how to programme them here!

Standard V-Pro dimmers have a push-on/push-off switch action with rotary dimming. You can change the driving modes and adjust the minimum brightness with pushes of the dimmer control and using signals from the lamps.

V-Pro dimmers are designed to control LED lighting loads requiring trailing-edge or leading-edge control with options from 0W-120W (max. 10 LEDs) and from 0W-300W (max. 30 LEDs).

V-Pro LED dimmer series comprises programmable intelligent dimmers with a choice of dimming modes for the widest compatibility. All V-Pro dimmers offer superior dimming technology to deliver the best possible dimming performance from an LED load.

modules are to be used to replace existing dimmer switches in complete products, when different types of dimmer are required alongside each other in a multi-gang configuration. They are designed to be easily substituted into the back of an existing product.

The stylish V-Pro IR touch control and touch & remote control dimmers are designed for dimmable LED lighting. Each dimmer (or gang on a multi-gang dimmer) can control between 1 and 10 dimmable LEDs (subject to a maximum load per gang of 100W).

They are suitable for 1-way circuits only unless they are used in combination with one or more of our tactile touch control dimming slaves which enables you to dim the same lights from two or more switch locations in a 2-way or multi-way circuit.

The touch & remote dimmers can be controlled via the touch button on the dimmer or using our standard YRC8 infra red remote control handset. If you have a spare button on an infra red remote control at home you can teach the dimmer to respond to that instead.
