Returns & Refunds Policy

At The Internet Retailer, we want you to shop with confidence. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


🛍️ Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • You’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please email us at sales@internetretailer.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps.

Please do not send your item back without first contacting us.


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

🔄 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please email sales@internetretailer.co.uk and we’ll sort it out quickly.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for paying return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't guarantee receipt of items without tracking.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods
  • Custom or personalised items
  • Digital products (once downloaded or accessed)
  • Gift cards
